By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • You will not hold Andrew Zaffina, TheAngelAcad, or its employees, contracted workers, assistants, and affiliates liable for any outcomes — spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, or financial — during or after the session.

2. CONSENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By browsing this website, purchasing services, or enrolling in courses, you:

  • Accept these Terms in full.

  • Acknowledge that all readings are for entertainment purposes only and that you are purchasing with this full understanding.

  • Release and hold harmless Andrew Zaffina, TheAngelAcad, its employees, contracted team members, assistants, and affiliates from all liability connected with your use of information or participation in services.

3. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, & CONDUCT

  • Waiver of Legal Claims: You waive any and all legal actions, claims, and causes of action against TheAngelAcad LLC, Andrew Zaffina, and all employees, contracted workers, assistants, and affiliates.

  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Missed Sessions: If you do not answer the phone, Zoom, or other communication method at the scheduled start time, your session is forfeited in full with no refund, credit, or reschedule. You cannot “call back later” or be fit in after your time, as other clients are scheduled.

  • Behavior Policy: TheAngelAcad may refuse service or terminate membership without refund for harassment, boundary violations, or misconduct.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases — including readings, courses, coaching, retreats, events, and memberships — are sold on a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE basis.

5. ZOOM CLASSES, COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

  • Non-Transferable: Access is for one individual only; do not share or sell logins.

  • Termination: Misuse, sharing of materials, or disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund.

  • Technical Issues: You are responsible for your own device/internet; no refunds for user-side issues.

6. EVENTS & RETREATS

By registering for any in-person or online event hosted by TheAngelAcad, you agree to the following terms:

Andrew Zaffina, TheAngelAcad, and its employees, contracted team members, and assistants reserve the full right to cancel, reschedule, modify, relocate, or alter any event, retreat, class, or experience at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

All retreat tickets, event purchases, deposits, and packages are final sale and 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, change of mind, or inability to attend.

If an event is canceled by TheAngelAcad, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule or offer an equivalent future experience. Participation in a rescheduled or alternative offering is not guaranteed and refunds are not guaranteed.

All travel, lodging, transportation, and incidental expenses are solely your responsibility. TheAngelAcad is not liable or responsible for any costs, losses, damages, delays, cancellations, or expenses incurred in connection with your participation, whether the event proceeds as planned or is modified in any way.

By attending or registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree that you do not and cannot hold Andrew Zaffina, TheAngelAcad, or any associated parties liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or unforeseen circumstance of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising before, during, or after the event.

Failure to attend any portion of an event or retreat, including late arrival or early departure, will result in forfeiture of that portion of the experience without refund, credit, or transfer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above in full.

7. TERMS OF CONSULTATIONS

You confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old and acting voluntarily.

  • Understand sessions are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

  • Accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes after the session.

  • Acknowledge that spiritual, emotional, or energetic effects may continue after the session and that you hold Andrew Zaffina, TheAngelAcad, its employees, contracted workers, assistants, and affiliates harmless for any resulting experiences.

8. RECORDING, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • No Recording Without Consent: You are strictly prohibited from recording (audio, video, or screen capture) any session, call, Zoom, FaceTime, or in-person meeting without prior written consent from TheAngelAcad or Andrew Zaffina.

  • Breach of Agreement: Any unauthorized recording is a material breach of this Agreement and makes you legally responsible for the violation.

  • Consequences: Immediate termination of services without refund; possible legal action to recover damages, including attorney’s fees and court costs.

  • IP Ownership: All content, teachings, recordings, and materials are owned by TheAngelAcad and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

9. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT NON-DISCLOSURE & USE RESTRICTIONS

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use membership materials. You may not:

  • Share, repost, publish, screenshot, screen-record, or distribute any membership content.

  • Give your login to anyone else, including assistants or friends.

  • Repurpose, sell, or use content to create your own courses, books, or trainings.

  • Use membership content to train or feed any AI models, scrape, or data-mine.

Enforcement & Remedies:

  • Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

  • TheAngelAcad may seek injunctions in court to stop misuse and pursue damages, attorney’s fees, and DMCA takedowns.

  • These obligations survive account termination.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law.

  • Arbitration: All disputes (except to stop content leaks) must be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida.

  • Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to class actions.

  • Severability: If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

11. CHARGEBACK & COLLECTION POLICY

You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting TheAngelAcad in writing. Unjustified chargebacks may result in collections action and recovery of fees and damages.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Total Liability Cap: TheAngelAcad, Andrew Zaffina, employees, contracted workers, assistants, and affiliates’ liability is capped at the amount you paid for the disputed service.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these terms.

13. SESSION ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENT

For all readings and consultations, you agree to be in a calm, quiet, and distraction-free environment.

  • Sessions must not be taken while driving, in a moving vehicle, or in noisy or public settings.

  • If you are in a setting that disrupts the quality of the session, TheAngelAcad may terminate the session with no refund or reschedule.

14. Mentorship Policy:

All mentorship packages are final sale and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

By enrolling in a mentorship program, you are entering a committed container designed for your growth and are fully responsible for attending and completing all scheduled sessions within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to attend, participate in, or complete your mentorship sessions for any reason—including personal scheduling conflicts, loss of interest, or lack of availability—will result in all remaining sessions being 100% forfeited without exception. No refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions will be provided.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of The Angel Academy and are subject to availability. Approval of a reschedule does not guarantee session recovery. Missed or unused sessions will not be reinstated.

By purchasing a mentorship package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

15. UPDATES

These Terms may be revised at any time. Continued use of this website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Angel Academy Membership Terms of Service

Membership Agreement:

By enrolling in the Angel Academy membership through theangelacad.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Your membership provides access to the Angel Academy online platform, including classes, teachings, downloads, and exclusive member content.

$1 Promotional Offer & Minimum Commitment:

The Angel Academy may offer a promotional enrollment rate of $1 for the first month.

By accepting this promotional offer, you agree to a minimum three (3) month membership commitment.

After the initial promotional period, your membership will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate listed at checkout. You are responsible for completing the full three-month commitment once enrolled in this promotion.

If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the required three-month commitment, you may do so early by paying a $99 early cancellation fee.

Early cancellation without payment of the cancellation fee does not remove financial responsibility for the full commitment period.

Automatic Billing:

All memberships renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

You authorize Angel Academy to charge your payment method for all recurring membership fees unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your membership, you must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before your billing date may result in one final charge.

Membership cancellations must be submitted through your account or by contacting support through the website.

You will retain access to the membership through the end of your paid billing period.

No Refund Policy:

All membership fees are non-refundable.

Angel Academy does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, missed classes, or failure to cancel prior to the required notice period.

Member Responsibility -

By joining, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Use all content for personal use only

  • Not share, distribute, or reproduce Angel Academy materials

Angel Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse of services.

Changes to Membership Terms:

Angel Academy reserves the right to update pricing, membership structure, or terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
