The Presence Move Challenge

Your challenge is simple:

  • Move your body 3–5 times per week

  • For 20–45 minutes

  • By walking, running, or a mix of both

That’s it.

No tracking perfection.

No punishment if you miss a day.

Just coming back and moving again.
