Angel Academy Subscription Agreement

By paying your invoice and subscribing to Angel Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ANGEL ACADEMY SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By paying your invoice and subscribing to Angel Academy (otherwise known as "TheAngelAcad"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding upon subscription and outlines your rights and obligations as a member.

1. ACCOUNT USAGE

  • Your Angel Academy account is for personal use only.

  • You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, course materials, or any proprietary content with others.

  • Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of Academy content will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

2. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Missed classes

  • Incomplete courses

  • Dissatisfaction with course content or experience

  • Once payment is processed, the subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. MISSED CLASSES

  • If you miss a class, you will not receive a refund, credit, or reschedule option.

  • It is your responsibility to manage your schedule and attend all scheduled classes.

  • Some classes may have recordings available, but recordings are not guaranteed.

4. COURSE MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All course materials, teachings, and resources provided by Angel Academy are protected by copyright.

    Materials may not be:

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Shared

  • Sold or monetized in any form

  • Unauthorized use of Angel Academy content may result in legal consequences.

5. SUBSCRIPTION DURATION & AUTO-RENEWAL

By subscribing, you commit to a minimum of 3 months from the date of your first payment.

  • After the initial 3-month commitment, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • You must notify us 30 days before your next billing cycle via the contact page to cancel.

  • Failure to provide proper cancellation notice will result in a charge for the next month, which will not be refunded.

6. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

Angel Academy reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Sharing or distributing course materials without permission

  • Any reason deemed appropriate by Angel Academy management

    If your subscription is terminated for a violation, you will not receive a refund.

7. GENERAL AGREEMENT

By subscribing to Angel Academy, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms.

  • Agree to abide by all conditions outlined in this agreement.

  • Understand that Angel Academy reserves the right to update these terms as necessary, and continued subscription implies acceptance of any modifications.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe to Angel Academy.

By subscribing to Angel Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Angel Academy Mentorship Agreement

By purchasing and enrolling in the Angel Academy Mentorship Program, you (“Mentee”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Angel Academy & Andrew (“Mentor”).

1. PAYMENT & AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

• All mentorship fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is processed.

• Your mentorship may be billed monthly or as a one-time package purchase, depending on your selection at checkout.

• If you purchase a package, sessions must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over beyond the agreed period.

2. SESSION CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be considered completed, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be forfeited.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY & CODE OF CONDUCT

• All mentorship sessions and materials are private and confidential between the Mentor and Mentee.

• The Mentee agrees not to record, share, or distribute any mentorship materials, discussions, or proprietary content.

• The Mentee is expected to engage respectfully and with an open mindset. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination from the program.

4. NO GUARANTEES & DISCLAIMER

• The mentorship is designed for spiritual and personal development, but outcomes depend on the Mentee’s commitment and application.

• The Mentor does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice. All mentorship sessions are for spiritual guidance and educational purposes only.

5. AGREEMENT TO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS & TERMINATION

If enrolled in the monthly plan, payments will be processed automatically each month until canceled by the Mentee.

If you purchased a package, it is a one-time payment, and sessions must be completed within the specified period.

• To cancel your mentorship, you must submit a cancellation request before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal from the mentorship program.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Angel Academy Mentorship Agreement.

Angel Academy Retreat Agreement

By purchasing a spot in the Angel Academy Retreat, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Reservation

Your retreat booking is confirmed once full payment or a required deposit has been received. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy. If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be completed before attending the retreat. Anyone on a payment plan must have their balance paid in full by the second day of the retreat month. Failure to complete payments by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without a refund.

Payment Options:

One Full Payment – Pay the total retreat cost upfront for a seamless booking experience.

Two-Payment Plan – Pay 50% upfront as your deposit, with the remaining balance due no later than three months after the initial deposit.

All payment plans must be completed in full by the second day of the retreat month to secure your spot.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are final. There are no refunds for cancellations, regardless of reason, including personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another individual with written approval from Angel Academy. If the retreat is canceled by Angel Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), you will receive a credit towards a future retreat. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect the retreat space, staff, and fellow attendees. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or intentional rule violations, may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund. Angel Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with the retreat’s ethical and energetic standards.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the retreat. Angel Academy is not responsible for any medical issues, injuries, or allergic reactions that may arise during the retreat. Participants are responsible for their own well-being. If medical assistance is required, the participant is responsible for any associated costs.

5. Travel & Accommodations

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to and from the retreat location. Angel Academy is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred due to missed flights or unforeseen travel interruptions. If accommodations are provided, participants agree to respect shared spaces and adhere to any house rules.

6. Liability Waiver

Participants assume all risks related to travel, activities, and participation in the retreat. Angel Academy and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, illnesses, lost/stolen property, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the retreat. Participants release Angel Academy from all legal claims related to their participation.

7. Confidentiality & Media Release

Confidentiality: Any personal information or experiences shared by participants or instructors during the retreat are private and should not be disclosed outside the retreat. Media Release: By attending the retreat, you grant Angel Academy permission to use any photos/videos taken during the event for promotional purposes unless you submit a written request to opt out before the retreat.

8. Energy & Spiritual Practices Disclaimer

This retreat is designed for personal growth and spiritual exploration and is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or professional counseling. Angel Academy does not guarantee specific spiritual experiences or outcomes. Participation is voluntary, and each individual is responsible for their own interpretation and integration of teachings.

9. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement. No exceptions will be made.

Angel Academy reserves the right to update this agreement at any time.

After-Hours Policy

Standard Business Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9 Am - 5 Pm EST

After-Hours Policy:

Sessions booked after 5 PM EST include an After-Hours Fee.

All After-Hours sessions must be requested in advance and approved.

Urgent or last-minute sessions after hours may be subject to an additional premium.

After-Hours Fees:

Flat Rate Increase: Add $100 to any session booked after 5 PM

Percentage-Based Increase: After-hours sessions are charged at 1.5x or 2x the normal rate

Emergency & Last-Minute Rate:

• If booked within 24 hours of the session after-hours: 2x your normal rate

• If booked more than 24 hours in advance, a $75-$150 surcharge applies

Tiered After-Hours Pricing:

5 PM - 7 PM: +$75

7 PM - 9 PM: +$100

9 PM and later: Double the normal rate

Mentorship Session After-Hours Rate:

For those needing extra time outside regular mentorship sessions, an after-hours rate is available. This will be billed as 1.5 sessions (a session and a half) per after-hours booking.
